If you have a car, you’ll need to get a residential parking permit. New residents can get a temporary permit for free, which is valid for up to 30 days. After that, you’ll need to get a residential parking permit, which costs $40. The city is divided into eight zones, and permits are valid for up to one year (depending on the date of the permit purchase and the zone's expiration date).
