Notarized Document Request

Notarized Document Request

Please note we do not have a notary in our office.

There may be an occasion where you are asked for your landlord to sign and notarize a document. Maybe your child's school is asking for rental verification or possibly a mortgage company or other legal entity is asking to verify rent amount.

In order for us to notarize a document we must make an appointment with a 3rd party and notarize the document in person with them. We charge an administrative fee of $100 to do this.

In any situation where you are asked for us to sign and notarize a document it may be best if you can ask the requester if it is possible for us to just sign and attest to the legitimacy of us signing the document without having it notarized.

If we need to simply sign a form verifying your tenancy there is no fee for that service.
